"Worst auto place ever. The last time I took it in, after a while, they said they couldn't do it because they were out of filters. The worst experience ever is the time before that. I took it in and had my wife come pick me up so I didnt have to wait. I got a call a while later saying they didn't have a socket for the oil filter cover and that I had to go buy a socket!! What if I didn't have transportation because they have my car?! Will not be going back to this one."
"This place is the worst. I came in for a battery installation and was told they could do it and that they didn’t have anyone ahead of me. I waited an hour before I came to check and there were multiple cars in there with mine sitting. Waited another 30 minutes for them to try to tell me it’s not my battery that’s the problem. The lady at the desk was very rude and said I needed to have my car towed because it’s not the battery. (I have jumped it every day lol) I asked them to please install it anyway because I already bought it and my battery was bad. They said ok. 30 minutes later they tell me they can’t do it because the only guy who can is going on lunch. Got the battery installed from a friend (did it very easily), and lo and behold it starts and works fine. None of them know what they are talking about and they don’t respect your time at all. Go elsewhere."
"I don’t know why I would expect more from these guys. I’ve been in twice and waited at the register to be helped. The first time two workers were talking about what they had left to do for the day, it was important obviously so I patiently waited. Was never greeted but didn’t think anything of it. One said that they had to finish an oil change because they forgot that the customer had scheduled it and it was now over an hour late. They then asked me what I needed done and I mentioned an oil change and they started talking again about what needed done for the day and so I asked them if it would be possible and they said unfortunately no. So I left. Came back in today and sat there as three workers were at the register. One was just getting off their shift and they helped the other two with the two customers that were ahead of me. Then as one finished up, the worker went to the window and was confused about paperwork (without asking what I needed) and another worker came to the window. At this time another customer came in and interrupted them and asked where her vehicle was at in the process and the worker said “oh those are your tires right here” and the customer had been there waiting for an hour and got a text they were done and hadn’t even started. The other worker at the register helped a customer before me and as they finished up she proceeded to help another customer that came in after. Disorganized and unprofessional."
"I felt like this place used to be decent, but it’s gone downhill. My husband took his car here to get an oil change and regrets it. His car has been leaking oil all over our driveway. He took a look under the car to see if they had spilled oil and noticed the oil drain plug is leaking and needs a new crush washer. When he called to tell them this, they said they torqued everything down and it was sealed up to spec, but that’s definitely not true. He asked them to fix it, but they say it’s a 5 hour wait today and told us to bring it in at 7:00am tomorrow morning. They won’t tell him if they have the crush washer and they won’t say they’ll fix it. They say they need to “take a look at it” first. It’s frustrating because he paid for the work to be done, but it looks like he’s going to have to fix the crush washer himself because we can’t take the car in tomorrow. We won’t bring his car here again."
