"AMAZING service all around! We had a transmission issue on our family vehicle. I researched a few places and at first chose Freeway Transmissions thinking they were knowledgeable and reliable. Terrible decision. They weren’t open the day they said they would be for my drop off, followed by me having to call for a check in and they hadn’t even logged my car for a diagnostic yet (which they charged for and didn’t disclose any fee prior to). When I went to pickup my vehicle because I couldn’t afford their estimate they provided, they were complete JERKS! In addition to not doing a good diagnostic run on a car with the issues we had and probably did more damage. I come from a family of mechanics, and I also work in the automotive industry. The customer service that was provided at the first shop was completely unacceptable. Jacob was amazing from the first minute. So kind, communicated on everything each step, and very well priced. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward!"
