"Update: had 3 in front 1in rear done in May. photos are correct my truck is 2020 year modle that is mud not rust... I travel for work and will not be going out of my way to have you fix what you should have done right the first time. Had them put on a 3 inch lift on my 2020 Ram 3500 a few months back. Did the service quick but I notice the front spacers are not bolted to the struts or housing. They just sit there. Off roading I notice they move around. I wish they used proper lift kits that BOLT ON....would highly suggest them NOT to sell this type of lift. Going to find another shop and have them completely remove and replace this lift system..."
