"Oh my goodness! John was awesome on 1/28/24 for us! My New Husband!...Mario Briones and I stopped at their Auto Zone! We were on our way to Winstar so not that far when our back tire on our trailor trailor started sparking and had smoke coming out! A miracle it didn't catch on fire! It was the bearings on a wheel. John was totally awesome! We are Seniors and he did everything to help us with tools to help my husband get the part off and get the new part to get us back on the road! After a couple of hours (and John and Jesus helping us all they could and totally staying there with us after Auto Zone closing hours) ...come to find out because the axel had gotten so hot it kinda melted everything and we ended up needed a whole new axel! We strapped the axle up and made it to Winstar! Stayed an extra night! Got it to CS Trailor's after our stay at Winstar and came back home to Austin, Tx CS Trailor has it ready to pick up now so heading that way tomorrow! John was ABSOLUTELY AWSOME doing everything he could to help us out! And Jesus also stuck it out with us! Please give those guys a hug from us! And recognize them in a great way for helping us out! We were totally impressed with them and Auto Zone!"

"I went in not knowing if they could test the battery without taking it out and Jared said he could test it in car, needed new battery, asked if they had loner tools said he did and ended up changing it out, he went above and beyond. Get this man a raise!!!"

"I would like to give a Big Thank You to Donnie at AutoZone!! He def went above & beyond to help me out . I had a flat tire but I didn't have the locking lug to remove it . Donnie not only found the part but he drove to where I was to fix my flat for me :) He said if it were my mom or sister i would hope someone would stop to help them on the side of the road Such a kind young man"

"Donny is the best store manager. He was extremely busy but he made sure he came out to help me when I was in the worst of the worst situation. One of my headlights went out. I got pulled over by the police and I am not able to get to a mechanic on time since I get off so late. He went the far mile to get me better. Headlights and I could not find any other autozone employee. That went as far as he did. He took the time and the caring list to change. Both headlights out, he is very professional. Very courteous and surprisingly, very young for his age. To give me the best customer service great personality highly recommend him!"
