"Poor customer service! I came in with an issue and the fella at the counter said he that he couldn’t help so I went down to Auto zone and without hesitation they showed me what to do and in fact the did it for me. It was a headlamp relay switch. Auto zone changed it out and even changed my bulb. The fella I encountered at Napa seemed as if he simply didn’t want to help me. He could’ve just came out and told me that, I would have respected that a little more."

"ILLEGAL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Overcharging when the tag says $6.99 and rings up $12.43 Then yelled at me when I questioned it. I don't know who owns this location but your employees need to be informed on legal business tactics. But as the man yelled at me. "I got my deal" as if getting the price on the tag is them doing me a favor.... False advertisement is serious business."
