"I broke down on the side of I-15 and had my car towed to Hess, they called and told me the engine needed replacing but informed me that my car may still be within it's warrenty and they were fantastic, I do not live anywhere near Malad and so I had to call them A LOT like 5 or 6 times within 2 hours to get information on my vehicle and every time I called I talked to Tim, and he was the sweetest and most patient person I've ever had the pleasure to speak with! I wish nothing but the best for Tim. 10/10 would recommend! So happy with Tim's customer service!"

"I used their services several times over the last few years. The main guy, Bill, was nice and friendly. However, the prices for both service and product's kept rising and can be found much cheaper out of town, even after paying for fuel to travel! There has been times when the interior of my vehicle has been lightly dirtied (dust, grease, rocks, etc.) and my stereo system has been played with more than once (louder volume, input changes, amp/bass adjustments, etc.). This week they replaced a window's motor that they had already replaced just a few months ago. They once again left dirt within the interior, left a window open after service... AND damaged my driver's door causing it to be out of place and loudly grind and vibrate when trying to close/open the door. There was also new paint scratches on an exterior portion of the damaged door's frame. When I confronted them about the damage they claimed the car was received that way..... NOPE!!! They waived their service fees for the day AND claimed they would reimburse me for the expense of having my door fixed as they SHOULD but they still refused to admit that that they caused the damage!!! I asked for the manager's/owner's contact information but only received the name of a Hess who I cannot find contact information for. Regrardless, I have already scheduled repair service with an Auto Body shop in Pocatello, Idaho and will just have to wait and see if Hess Truck Auto Ag actually reimburses (as they should) the expense of repairing the vehicle damage that they caused."

"Amazing service and staff! On vacation out of town on our way to Pocatello when we stopped to take a break and heard something awful with our front brake. Called Hess Truck and service. Tim said come on down, they found the problem and fixed us and sent us on our way. So amazing to have great people still in the world! Vacation saved!!"
