"This pediatric clinic is a quick money grab for sooner care patients. If you are a new mom looking for a pediatrician please continue looking. My doctor was Dr. new house, after seeing my child for over two years she still did not know his name. Give me a break. Doctors should care about their patients. This clinic is just about the money."

"Dr. Boyls has been great with my baby and we plan to continue to use her. I have had exteme anxiety over my baby and making sure I trust anyone who cares for her, and would not let a pediatrician see her just because of the letters after their name. She is kind and takes her time. **edit to add that my baby is now 8 months old and has been in the office SEVERAL times (first time mom thst stresses over every little thing.) I am still very satisfied with the quality of care my baby receives. In addition to that, we can always get a same day appointment. When we are at a regular scheduled appt we never wait more than a few minutes. When we call the same day and want to come in, they fit us in as soon as possible but there may be a little wait. Totally understandable since their day was already booked and they are doing us a favor by getting us in."

"the records states to list concerns so I shared my 8 yrs olds past behavior history and she come in very coldly with no hi! and says so I hear you are having trouble in school, this is with out asking him his name or anything! very rude and just wanted to get in and out and get a number done, not friendly at all and clearly said in the form that I wanted to discuss his behavior adult to adult, she read past this, he made him feel inadequate! I changed doctors right away, I should not have to explain to her this is unacceptable behavior from a professional that works with children! I highly recommend she reads or listen to "How to raise confident children" by Dr. Joe Dobson,"

"Dr. Boyls has taken care of my daughter since she was born. In the almost 8 years we've been with her - I have never once been dissatisfied with the quality of care. Yes you may have to wait longer for an appointment at times, but I feel she is very thorough and to the point. In my experience - physicians only run late due to their patient load and/or the patients needs. The wait time for an appointment does not discredit a physician."

"Dr. Boyls is a knowledgeable doctor. However, her practice is poorly run. She has been on average 45 minutes to an hour late for every one of our appointments we've had with her. When she finally shows up, she rushes the visit and leaves questions unanswered. It's left a strong feeling that she doesn't care about her patients, she only cares how many patients she can see a day. She also seems to have a dislike for men. Never once has she talked to me during a doctors visit, she will only talk to my wife and appears annoyed that I'm in the room. Between her poor punctuality and lack of customer service, my wife and I will be getting a new doctor."
