"I’m writing this review on the experience I had with the HOW foundation picking up my couch. The communication was tough. There were multiple times to try and coordinate for them to come and pick up my couch. I would recommend using them, just be clear the communication was lacking and frustrating at times. I enjoy supporting this company and the cause. I would just be prepared for a lack of communication and lots of time waiting for them to come when they said they were on their way. The HOW foundation has moved me multiple times and always been great."

"I have not only shopped at the HOW thrift stores, but have also hired them on three occasions to do yard work and hauling. The store personnel are always friendly and polite and determined to do the best they can to serve you. They go above and beyond to be positive and respectful. Maybe it’s because I’m older, but I really don’t think it matters. The times I have hired them I have been amazed at their work ethic!! Every time and it has been three times, they’ve done above and beyond what I asked. When they hauled off some trash and wood, they even used a weed eater to clean the area up when they were finished. They’ve always sent a crew of at least four and they also were respectful, polite and positive. I have recommended them to all of my friends and everyone has been amazed at their price and the job they did. I highly recommend both the store’s and their services. Valrie White"
