"I wanted to take nice summer clothes some with tags still on them. I took the time to make sure they were cleaned a pressed so I was carrying them in over my arm …I was told I would need to come back with them in a trash bag or something ?! She had a stack of empty laundry baskets behind she could have offered?! Needless to say I will not be returning!!!!"

"Employees are rude and so is the manager. The tone of their voices were absolutely unprofessional. DON’T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOUR ATTITUDE AND PERSONALITY IS AWFUL. I don’t like how they treated my MOM or ANY of the customers that walk in. That place needs NEW professional workers/managers to run that place. The place is gorgeous! But not worth staying open if all they’re going to do is be extremely rude to others."

"The employees are rude. As soon as I walked in I could hear the employee telling a customer that bags are not acceptable for selling, it can only be baskets. But to me it’s the tone of voice that irritates me. Then as I was checking out, my kid had to use the restroom bad. I asked if we could use their restroom and employee “said no we don’t have one”…. I guess they must use the outdoor area for their needs. I had to leave cause again my kid was unable to hold it in. And this could literally happen to any kid or adult. Anyways I didn’t even buy anything it was terrible I had to leave and find a gas station. I understand certain places don’t allow public restrooms. But 1. It’s a CHILDREN and adult clothing store. 2. Maybe they need to work on their TONE OF VOICE and how they talk to customers. Just saying. And the employees rude. My kids could make you feel more welcome than those employees."

"Decent selection but cashier processed card before all items were on the counter then refused to run my card again because of the card minimum. When my daughter wanted another toy. Should have asked if that was all before completing the transaction. Refused to reserve transaction and run all items together “because we don’t do refunds.” Said the owner/‘manager behind the counter. Wow. Refused to help a customer. Great. Pretty frustrating. We probably won’t be back. That’s the “thanks” for supporting a small local shop. No need to reply to the review with “that’s our policy or some other excuse.” Thank you for understanding."

"Lots of items for sure. Quite a variety of items for children, women & some men’s items. Wish they had a bit more of men’s things especially dress clothes or suits but I understand. Prices are reasonable and vary depending on item. Also carry some haute couture items. Would recommend & would return."
