"When I ask them to color match paint for me, they act like it's an inconvenience - and maybe it is but also it's kind of their job. Also, one time I asked an employee to show me where an item was and he said "do I have to?" I mean, I'm a paying customer so I'd appreciate it?? Also their self check outs don't work well. I'm not going there just to annoy people, I'm trying to paint the interior of my house but am by no means an expert on what exact products to purchase so just a little guidance would be helpful."

"Jan 13, 2024 I think I need professional counseling. I went to Home Depot, the. Lowe yesterday. Today, I am at Lowe again! Or is it because I was out for so long, now that I am home, everything I touch, I broke! Who was it that told me … don’t touch anything, most especially in the winter They got poplar dowel bar 1 1/4 by 72” … wow!"

"I happened to come in as I needed some nuts, bolts and washers. I typically have no problem going through the self check out as I am better at ringing things up better myself than the cashiers. When I need these small items that are not typically mark with a code to scan them I go to a cashier. After waiting in a line because there was only one cashier, which I have no problem with, the cashier tells me that two of the items I had were not marked with a number. Apparently I did not do my job well enough so she told me that I needed to go back and get the number. I will admit this did really annoy me. I did go back and took pictures of the numbers. Apparently I was negligent in which ones I needed and she let me know that I would need to go back and get the correct one. By this time I had enough and said never mind and was quite cranky about it. Again I am not that guy that gets ticked because he has to ring up his own stuff. I am that guy that gets upset because I have to go back and get the numbers so no one who actually works for Lowe’s isn’t inconvenienced. I know I don’t really have any recourse as pretty much everywhere does the same thing. So I am going to vent right here as there is nothing else I can do, even though it will make no difference."

"Great Lowes! I live in East BA and this Lowes has basically helped us build and decorate our home over the last 20 years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The garden section is great too!"
