"This is my closest Walmart I’ve gone to this location forever. And the quality of staff and store experience has drastically declined. Customers are purposely ignored. And customer service is now refusing assistance to customers needing change or any services including opening a register. At 10pm you can no longer receive assistance in glass cases of any kind. A friend and I were in the tech department at 9:50, called for assistance to get into the cases and no one came for 20 minutes. Now pissed and tired of waiting he called again for help and we were told they can’t help us because it’s after 10pm. Management over staff is disgraceful, they should be embarrassed."
"All 5 stars go to the door man MANUEL! We needed more wipes and he made us laugh and helped us immediately. LOVE HIM!!! And then I go to the fitting room at 8:55 and the lady working it is rude as hell to me. "For future reference, we close at 9" didn't greet me, didn't smile, and I had ONE item and I left the fitting room at 8:57. She can get 0 stars, none for her cause shes RUDE"
