"I will be honest. They are great at first. And after that try getting the service call or any type of warranty work done. Just make your payments on something you can't even use."
"Zero stars if I could! We purchased a spa at the fair and was told we’d get it in November. Fast forward several months and the delivery kept getting pushed back further and further and they couldn’t tell us when it would delivered! We requested cancellation and a refund and was told that accounting would be in contact with us. But it’s impossible to get in touch with people. I had to call daily and leave multiple messages and voicemails. Their accounting person only “works after hours” so you can’t get in touch with him because it goes to an automated system after hours and he doesn’t return phone calls. We ended up having to go in person, video record them stating they agreed to a refund and sign a document stating so for court purposes and we reported them to BBB and disputed it with our credit card to get our money back. We were dumb and paid in full at the spa vs a deposit and are so glad we put it on a credit card and could get our money back. Worst experience ever! Will never ever do business with them or recommend them. Their sales men are fantastic. Ours was a little old man who was amazing. It’s hard to believe he could be an honest person working for a company like this. We were completely deceived. I have no idea how they’re still in business."
"I bought a new one in EARLY Oct at the fair from Dolphin Tulsa. They took FOREVER to deliver & the owner said he would “upgrade me for the trouble” They finally delivered Wednesday & I saw it after dark, noticed corrosion on the jets & a FLO ERROR as well as a large amount of water outside the tub. Text the owner, specifically asked if this was used & he said he would send someone. Fast forward to Saturday am, first time I was home in the daylight to see this thing with my eyes. It is visibly used with dry rot around the entire outside, the tag looks ancient, there are screw holes from a cover lifter which should be there & isn’t, a jet was just laying on the bottom of the hot tub and it is pissing water out the bottom! Anyone can see this is used! They refused to answer my calls until Monday when Tommy stated “ya, I am not sure what happened we are looking to see what we can swap it out for” um what?! I purchased a specific spa…a nearly $10k spa! where is IT?! This isn’t a throw a dog a bone situation! No apology, nothing & guess what?! They never called back! I still have the used tub!"
"Do not buy a pool from these people. We bought a pool15,000 last April, they promised to be in for swim season. We got it mid August. It was installed sloppily and hurriedly . This summer noticed losing water and hit my foot against a rail that was coming thru liner. After too too many calls to dolphin, they finally sent someone who said they would take care of it. He drained the pool. I even questioned him asking wouldn’t the sides collapse. He said only if we got a lot of rain. We did, although he was suppose to be back before the rain. Our pool is almost demolished and Dolphin keeps saying we r sending someone for weeks, nope! Our only course now is to contact attorney . We r also in process of contact Channel 8 to their problem solving segment. This has been the most terrible, stressful thing dealing w these people !"
"It took quite a while for our hot tub to arrive but once it came in, they were very quick to get it installed! Very knowledgeable and im very happy! The hot tubs are made by hand and can take a while to be built and shipped which is no fault of Dolphin."
