"Exactly what was advertised and what I needed to stay in for a couple of nights. Super easy on line check in so I was able to just go to the property at my convenience and enter with the key pad code. Very nicely appointed and comfortable with all the comforts of home- right down to my favorite brand of breakfast tea. Will definitely be staying with Park City Lodging for any trips to Park City in the future."

"We stayed in EDELWEISS HAUS 115 Christmas '22. I chose it because it came highly recommended. For starters, there was a problem with the lock that was never fixed. The main problem though was the heat. We spent half our stay freezing. We also had an electrical problem because the system couldn't handle the space heaters (that put off only a little heat while huddled close by). My sons were frustrated because I spent so much time calling Park City Lodging trying to get things fixed instead enjoying our time on the slopes. We kept getting maintenance guys that would only hit the the tripped breaker only to have it immediately go off again. So then I would call and beg and plead for a licensed plumber or real electrician. I felt like Park City Lodging didn't listen and hardly cared. Additionally, the living room furniture was misrepresented because it had no pillows and consequently was very uncomfortable. I offered to make a trip to Homegoods, etc. to buy some nice affordable pillows that matched but that fell on deaf ears. I asked for compensation for our troubles of freezing and being without electrical for 3-4 days and never received anything. Consequently, I will never use Park City Lodging again and I certainly don't recommend them. This is unfortunate because they seem to have a lot of nice rentals. Alas, management matters."

"I cannot say enough good things about Park City Lodging! The ease of booking, the service, and the actual property we stayed in was amazing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. We stayed in the Lowell 402 unit and it was BEAUTIFUL! I used it for my wedding day to get ready and then stayed the weekend. It was close to Main Street and all the restaurants and Park Silly Market. There were 2 living rooms and a big kitchen. Definitely recommend booking through Park City Lodging! I know we will be again."

"Where do I begin? The condo was in a convenient location, with a well-appointed kitchen, but my issue is with the "concierge" service. 1. Called them one week prior to arrival to make transportation arrangements, took 2 phone calls for them to send me confirmation email. 2. Day of arrival, called to see about 1 hour earlier check in, was told "he'll get right back to me", nope. Took another phone call to confirm condo was available. 3. Inadvertently left my phone in condo upon checkout, called concierge service twice with specific overnight mailing instructions (they had CC on file) and they totally disregarded them. Got it 5 days later. 4. Specifically asked about the Delta $300 gift card promo when I made the reservations, was told I qualified (stayed one week and spent over $3000). One week after our stay, got an email saying I didn't qualify because "you didn't complete your stay." Really?? Have all the papers to prove it, now Delta out of gift cards. I should have received it after checkout March 8th. Bottom line the service is terrible, will never use this company again. Too bad zero stars isn't an option."

"The property management is the best I ever encountered, very responsive, provided information in the timely manner, solved our problem and help with last minutes requests and changes. This place has a very good location, 3 minutes walk to 7/11, 6 minutes walk to lift (maybe you can make it faster, I can't walk fast in my ski boots). Also it less then a mile on walk to down town using very good trail called "poison creek", it's clean, well lit and beautiful ( it passes in the park behind 7/11). The condo is very well designed, has even heated floor in the bathroom! The kitchen has every appliances or utensil you could possible want (more then I have in my kitchen and I cook every day) Now some things I didn't like, the matrass in the bedroom is very bad, one of those that the whole mattress wiggles when one person moves a limb. In general it's not quiet: you hear the snow moving equipment on the parking lot near lifts, and people in the hot tab, we solved this problem with earplugs, be ready."
