"Joke? I just bought these Carolinas on 11/19/23. I have had this type of boot before and they were great. The kicker was when BootBarn said they couldn't take them back even with the receipt and that I need to contact "bootbarn" customer service to see if BootBarn can take them. Goodbye customer service,lol. The main point of buying from brick and mortar stores is so that I don't have to do a return myself and on my day off. Just buy from Amazon. Update: Return was Declined after dealing with Customer Service."

Purchase Despite Issues: Despite the service issues, it's worth noting that we still bought our boots from there because they were able to ship the boots we wanted to the store.
