Here are a few reasons from a thirty-something male living in New York who had to arrange a holiday for friends who were not very accessible and so the decision making was really challenging. She was... 1. Happy 2. Helpful 3. Flexible 4. Knowledgeable 5. Honest Arranging a trip to Breckenridge, having never been to Colorado before, all you want is someone who knows the place and will give you no unwelcome sales pitch. She did just that and it was a pleasure working with her, whether by phone or email or instant messenger. Initially she had been helping me to find accommodation, but for a number of reasons, none of which were her fault, I went with a friend's place. Having spent a great deal of time with her already, assessing options, when I informed that I had to go elsewhere, she still followed up and helped me to arrange transport, skis, ski passes and made a number of recommendations about where to go; all at great value. The fact that she happily gave me options as I vacillated in my decisions because I was the middle man and helping to arrange for friends on the other side of the world, made a big difference. "I wanted to let you know how fabulous our accommodations were this weekend. The “townhouse” was really a beautiful home with three floors, plenty of room to spread out, privacy, plenty of BATHROOMS, and oh so accommodating and comfy inside. My family was so impressed! My brother and sister in law have come to Utah to ski a lot, but they’d never been in the summer and they loved hiking and wandering around the nearby ski village. My mom was very pleased with the well organized and laid out kitchen and she cooked and served meals the entire time! I’m so glad we picked Deer Valley instead of the other alternative for our reunion (Phoenix, 117 degrees). Thanks again! We had to call the property management people on Friday to fix the alarm and the master bath toilet plumbing but they came fast and it all worked out just fine."

"My husband and I loved our ski trip to Crested Butte, CO. VacationRoost helped us find a rockin' place. Our room was about 100 yards from the Silver Queen lift, which was super convenient. I loved being able to wake up and get right on the mountain. It was easy; no problems; loved my stay. I would definitely use VacationRoost again."

"I have had the opportunity to use VacationRoost and have stayed in properties they represent in Jackson Hole, Steamboat, Tahoe Northstar, Sun Valley, Park City and Deer Valley. Their customer service is awesome and takes care of any issue that might happen at any of the properties they represent. At one stay in Deer Valley the room fireplace was not working and they couldn't get it fixed. We were able to get them to switch us rooms to one that had a working fireplace for the night. They may not always be the most inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for and they do take good care of the customer!! I highly recommend using VR for vacation rentals where ever they might have them."
