"I made a little short film here. It’s really beautiful for a walk. Not at all weird, lol."
"This is a weird statement, but this is my favorite cemetery. I’ve taken youth groups here to find historical figures/church leaders and they have a blast. It’s even a nice place to go for a walk. You’ll even find deer and other wildlife there. Great views as well. It’s a great place to do some work with the FindAGrave app. Be careful if you go in the summer- bring lots of water, it gets hot and there are a lot of hills and inclines."
"This is a big cemetery with lots of history around every corner. Names like Porter Rockwell & many leadership members of the LDS faith are laid to rest here. Everyone is respectful & one employee pointed me toward Ol’ Port’s grave without a hesitation. It’s got a view & my pioneer relatives from Iowa are buried here."
"One of the most beautiful and peaceful cemeteries I've ever visited. As a warning, this cemetery is built on a hill, so if you're doing the LDS presidents self tour, be prepared for a lot of ups and downs along the terrain."
"A beautifully situated cemetery with great views of the Wasatch Mountains, Salt Lake City, and the University of Utah. This serves as the final resting place for many leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including most of the presidents of the church, as well as many church apostles. A lot of history preserved in the cemetery."
