"Went to get a pair of there new sneakers. Was told I could try them a few days and if I wasn’t satisfied to bring them back. Unfortunately the shoes were uncomfortable so I brought them back. I was told they wouldn’t refund me the shoes. I was even reasonable and asked for in store credit. Was told no. This store needs to train there employees on store policy. I was lied to when buying the shoes. The manager didn’t want to help and was borderline rude. I will not shop here again after being lied too and how the management treated my situation. The integrity of this store is non existent. Buy elsewhere"

"I ran into Jake and Thomas at my Public Storage Facility, they were getting some merchandise out of Carhartt’s storage units and they were telling me all about the deals at the store, and I was so curious because of their salesmanship, that I went in on my lunch hour—they were right! There are lots of good deals to be had! I love the Carhartt brand anyway, usually so well made, so when you can get a good deal—I’m all in!"

He asked if he could replace the zipper pull. Within 5 minutes I had my favorite hoodie back in full working order.
