"Dr. Lee is a great doctor. He took care of two of our younger kids when we had them at Jordan Valley Hospital. Unfortunately we had to change their main doctor to my oldest son's doctor just because of the convenience. He is very kind and detailed. We like him very much."

"Horrible! I called in because my little one was sick and all he tells me my staff will call you in 5 min. His staff never called so he gave me a call back 15 min later and tells me that my insurance is not active anymore. I explain to him that I have a new insurance, and I tell him what insurance I have and he says sorry we don't except that insurance. That's all he said! Instead of saying sorry we don't except the insurance but since your daughter is having an asthma attack please take her to the emergency! To at least show that he cares about his patients not just the insurance money!!"

"Horrible doctor. He was on call at Jordan Valley when my baby was born and was a complete jerk! My baby was born with a heart arrhythmia, and he made it sound like we were losing our baby. We later found out he was sending test result after test result to primary children's and they were continually telling him she was fine, and that it would resolve on its own. He put her in the NICU for a week for NO REASON, harassed us over the phone for our insurance information, and above all, acted as if we were somehow going to hurt our baby. Because of this pediatrician, I changed from my very trusted OB, that also delivered me and all my siblings, so that I could stay far away from Jordan valley and riverton where this pediatrician is on call."

"I could never say enough GREAT things about Dr. Le! I had never known pediatrician as wonderful as he, before we started going to him or since we've had to move to Colorado. I wish we could've taken him with us! He was the on-call ped when my daughter was born at JVH. That was how we met him and knew he was the doctor for us. He was kind, and more respectful of our privacy in our hospital room than even the hospital staff. He was sweet with our newborn, and our older son, he just has a magnetism that calms children. I was impressed when, a week after my daughter was born and contracted a bacteria in her blood, I was able to call his cell directly and he told us every step we needed to take before we took her to Primary Children's. He never condescends us parents, he will listen to your questions all day if needs be, and speaks to both child and adult in a manner they can understand. I've never left his office unsure of anything he's said, I put complete faith in his knowledge. Another plus is that his office is always quiet, I've never shared the waiting room with another patient, and his wait time is almost non-existent. That in itself is re-assuring when you've got a kid running a fever or who is unruly! I recommend Dr. Le to anybody I can, and SO miss having him treat my kids!"

"Dr. Trung Le was the on-call pediatrician at Jordan Valley Hospital for my daughters birth. To say that he was excessive and borderline fraudulent is an understatement. My wife and I already had a pediatrician and the hospital was aware of this. Dr. Le however apparently decided he was still going to come in and do a checkup on our daughter simply because he was the on call doctor that day. Maybe he figured he could make a quick buck from unsuspecting parents. He came into our room under our assumption that he was just another one of the dozens of doctors who see newborns during the hospital stay and never made it known that he was an on call contracted doctor. He proceeds to do a checkup on my daughter and then asks for our insurance card. That should have been my first indication that something was wrong. MY MISTAKE. Long story short, the next day our regular pediatrician came and saw our daughter and did the normal checkup and everything was fine. 2 weeks after the hospital stay I get a bill from my regular pediatrician, and another bill from Dr. Le. Dr. Le charged over TWICE as much for the same exact services. I verified through both office's billing departments and with my insurance and the coding was identical. Dr. Le however decided he was going to throw in new patient charges and on call charges because he wasn't our regular pediatrician. OF COURSE HE WASN'T. Dr. Le's office then wouldn't work with the insurance company to resolve this and took forever even to simply return my calls. It took me almost 2 to finally get a straight answer from his office, and then 2 days later I recieved a voicemail saying they were sending me to collections if the bill was not paid within the work week, even though they were the ones that kept dragging this out the whole time. I would avoid Dr. Le's office at all costs, and if you see him show up in your room after having your baby, BEWARE!!!!!"
