After so many negative experiences with doctors, I literally cried after this one and realizing that some are actually capable of listening. She's obscenely up to date on UTI research/treatments and didn't choose for me, she told me all my options and let me choose. I can't explain how amazing she is, I'd recommend Karen to anyone, wish I'd sent the office cookies or something"

"I saw this provider to establish care as a new Urologist. She came in the room, and the first thing she did before even letting me talk was that she handed me 8 month old labs and proceeded to tell me what my "problem" was before I could even say why I was there. She didn't give me time to talk. I honestly haven't had a more unprofessional provider in my life. I left frustrated because of the care I received, or rather didn't receive, as she left after less than 5 minutes with me, not even treating me like a person. I was VERY disappointed."

"Karen Waskoeicz is a lovely person. She began our visit by asking questions, then explained all that she would do and what I needed to do during the procedure. She took a couple of minutes to talk with me afterward about what I could expect to experience and give a time frame on when to expect other test results. She offered pain relief and did not pressure when I turned it down. She was both professional and caring throughout my visit."

"Tried to refute information that was already in my chart, and had a poor attitude; I was told by my ob/gyn that my problem was there before I even went to urology, then was told by Karen that this problem suddenly wasn't there and she was combative when I tried to tell her the information I already knew. I'm not impressed with Granger; this is their 4th urologist that I've seen and so far each has had something different to say."

"I believe Karen diagnosed my yeast infection correctly, but after having Dr Stout do a procedure on me and then giving me an antibiotic pill, I’m told that it is likely to turn into a yeast infection. You would have thought that they would have given me a prescription to take care of the yeast infection if it manifested it self. Instead all they wanted to do is have me drive an hour to their office pay another co-pay and tell me my urine was fine and that I had a yeast infection. This appears as a office that wants me to come back and pay them more money rather than taking care of the potential problem at the beginning. I gave 5 stars to Karen because she was very professional and I believe she did take care of the problem. I believe that Dr Stout did a good exam on me, however I don’t believe the staff listened to my complaint when I called in later and told them my symptoms and all they could tell me to do was to come in and do a urine sample. I believe the staff who answers these calls should have. Been able to diagnose my symptoms and sent the prescription without assuming I had a UTI when I told them I knew what a UTI feels like and it’s not a UTI. They should have been able to save me an hour drive up and back, a co-pay, and all the discomfort that I experienced for 13 days just by listening to what I was telling them. I would give the staff one star for this kind of treatment."
