"This doctor's office is one of the worse managed offices I've ever dealt with. I had a psych eval done as a prerequisite for a spinal cord stimulator. It was completed more than a month ago, but has not been sent to my doctor yet. They sent a package to my doctor with my name on it, but it only had the file for a different patient in it. (My Dr. said they've called Shulimson's office about this mistake several times over the last two-week period but have not received a call back). I've tried to reach them myself many times without a single answered call. I've left messages several times but have never had a call back. They do not adhere to their posted office hours and it is very difficult to reach them by phone. So, I've spent weeks in agonizing pain while this office handles my case with no regard for their patients. Mistakes happen. But to not deliver the purchased test and not return messages of someone who's paid for your services...and standing in the way of their treatment, that should be punishable by law. Avoid this place...even if you have to pay a little more. I wish I had."
