"One of the best decisions of my life was going to Reborn. This is not an exaggeration. I started coming while I was pregnant because I wanted to prepare for birth, but I also knew I needed some help with my tense/tight pelvic floor. I use to be a competitive runner, but because of hip pain and other nagging struggles, I stopped running 8 years ago and focused on low impact sports and exercises. BUT since going to Reborn, and even after having my first baby, I’m running as if I never stopped!
