"Jaclynn (Jackie) Wilkerson, FNP-C made the most uncomfortable situation the most comfortable it could be! She has such a gentle touch with the ultrasound as well as wonderful skill at being quick and accurate with the biopsies (no digging!). She listened to my list of issues and ordered labs to look into each. I felt well taken care. Highly recommend!"
"My husbands prescription type was out of stock, so he contacted the doctors office to see if he could get a different prescription. He waited 2 1/2 weeks and his blood sugar had gone up to 400, and they still never answered. He had contacted them by text and by calling. After 2 1/2 weeks, they finally said they had sent a prescription in three days ago. But they never informed him. The pharmacy showed it was not available. Then since he was frustrated with them for not replying to him, they removed him from all coverage. The doctor was OK but the people you contact or who are supposed to contact you back are horrible!"
"I was excited for Dr. Graham to open his own clinic and overall have enjoyed working with him for the past 5 years, unfortunately I think the time has come for me to move on. Everyone that works here has been super friendly, but at this point in my life I'm choosing lifestyle changes over medicine, which doesn't seem to be their specialty. Communication is definitely the most frustrating part of working with this clinic. Phone calls are never answered. Leaving a message or texting is better, but only responded to 50% of the time - good luck if you ever need to cancel an appt! They won't send in refills unless you have another appt scheduled - even if you just had an appt that day - which just shows where their priorities are. I've also had multiple times where things discussed in our appt were supposed to be sent over (lab orders, documents) that just never showed up. It's also always interesting when my visit summary is sent to me 3 months after I had my appt?? Again, Dr. Graham has been great - he helped me take steps in the right direction towards figuring out what form of diabetes I actually have, steps other doctors have never taken for me. That being said though, he definitely seems to be overwhelmed with patients. Trying to message him questions results in standard counsel that would be given to any diabetic patient - "watch your weight, exercise, and eat low carbs" - which isn't advice applicable to my body type/situation at all. While I'm glad they're thriving with so many patients, and it does feel like they're trying to improve, most of the time I leave feeling frustrated and I'm ready to move on from those feelings."
"I have been a patient at this practice for 2 years and counting. I have just recently been seeing Jaclynn and I think she is great! I hope she decides to stay at this office for many years to come. I have always appreciated the fast responses to my text messages and I like the Telehealth appointments that I can make. I feel that this office has been very efficient in caring for me! I have no desire to go anywhere else!"
