"By far worst place to shop at. The worse customer service ever. Never Ever will we return to this place. They lie to you in your face and all they care about is to taker your hard earned money. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from that place and that company in general."

"It’s 4 o’clock and there’s 9+ plus people in line waiting to check out and they have one cashier? Seriously! How annoying. Get more people on a shift and get more employees to read the room and get things taken care of. What’s even more annoying is that I asked the cashier a week ago what brought my sweatshirt 50% too when it was buy one get one 50% off. She tells me $17.50 then I get home and the discount didn’t even apply. How frustrating. Don’t tell me a price if it didn’t take it down in the first place. I spend a lot of money here but it looks like I need to go back to online ordering for how terrible this service is at this location. 10 minutes waiting in line and I’m still 4th person in line. WILD!!"

"This is the worst location. I have been several times (only because this location is closest to me) and every time I leave very dissatisfied. The employees are awful. They are never helpful and if you ask a question they act like you are a problem. So sad because I shop here for my kids and love the clothes but the employees ruin it every time."

"Gioan was my cashier & she was very unpleasant. My friend asked her where they kept a certain style of jeans due to only finding a random pair scattered around the store and her response was “on the wall”. Didn’t even try to smile or be slightly nice & was wearing medical gloves for some reason??? (no mask btw) Wouldn’t recommend this location purely cause of the employees and disaster of a store. Fitting room employee was okay but also didn’t smile once. You would think they aren’t getting paid to be there."

"This store is awful. Employees are rude and lazy and it’s always a huge mess inside. Every dressing room looked like a tornado hit it. Not to mention all of their clothing is poorly made fast fashion but sold for prices way higher than what they’re worth. It’s really not worth a visit."
