"Dr Connolly is an amazing doctor! I’ve been seeing him for nearly 4 years now - he’s an excellent patient advocate and will work with you for your needs. His clinic has always been on time and the reception staff are very friendly."
"My first appointment with Dr. Connolly went well. I scheduled a follow up appointment and gave the receptionist my number for the appointment confirmation and reminder. I did not receive the reminder notification and the check in so I assumed the appointment was not on the agreed date or it had been changed. I call up to the office and they tell me that they had taken the wrong number down but Dr. Connolly still required me to pay the “No Show Fee” which I think is absolutely ridiculous. How hard is it to take down patient’s information for an appointment. It’s like not accountability to the staff. Looking at other reviews i’m not the only person this has happened too. Unbelievable. I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed my initial experience with the Doctor."
"I was very impressed with the time we were given. Usually office visits are 10 minutes. Dr Connolly spent nearly an hour with us going over options/medications for my son's anxiety while taking the GED. Not once did he seem pressed for time. Not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry or frustrated with us. Thank you Dr Connolly."
"Dr. Connolly is ableist and lacks empathy. We had seen Dr. Connolly several times for our son with ADHD. He had seemed a little condescending but nothing too crazy. We had an appointment the week between Christmas and New Year's and we were SO SICK with Covid. We missed the (virtual) appointment due to high fevers and brain fog but also never received a link for the appointment. We promptly left a voicemail apologizing and asking to reschedule but never heard back. We got a bill for $130 and my husband called and asked about clearing this considering the circumstances and that we've never missed an appointment before. We were told, "Dr. Connolly expects his patients of a certain age to remember their appointments." This was incredibly condescending and ableist considering that we are seeing him for ADHD, which directly causes issues with memory. I even wrote an email as a last attempt to clear this up and before posting any kind of review, but that was ignored. We would recommend finding a more empathetic and understanding doctor ."
"Teen approved! Dr. Connolly is one of the best. We had seen several other Dr's prior to our appointment with him, and he by far was the most patient and caring. Dr. Connolly takes the time to understand the needs of my child. My teenage son has met with him several times and each time he comes out of the appointment saying, "I feel like he actually cares." As a parent of a child who is struggling, I appreciate knowing that my son feels like he's getting real hep from someone who genuinely cares. Thank you Dr. Connolly!"
