"After reading a news article about Middle Hill Speech, my father-in-law suggested we see them for our two-year-old son who experienced a speech regression around the age of 1 (he stopped speaking/and using ASL). While I am happy with the services provided by early intervention in Utah, it has been nice working with Becky at Middle Hill in addition to the services we receive through the county. I appreciated Middle Hill's timely response to our evaluation request and how fast they were able to schedule us. My son adores Becky, and has made a lot of progress since seeing her. She's not afraid to try different things and is always giving great advice. She knows my son's interests and is good at thinking of things to keep him engaged and learning. She goes above and beyond in helping us access materials to help our son. For instance, she created a binder for him with laminated images (a Picture Exchange Communication System, PECS) to help him communicate, but she still uses other strategies to help him either communicate verbally or with ASL. I appreciate the three pronged approach since our son hasn't landed yet on how he wants to communicate. I know that with Becky's help, he'll find what works for him, and I look forward to seeing him continue to progress."

From our first interactions with Summer and our awesome clinician Ms Becky everyone has been so great and accommodating to our daughter. Not only is Ms Becky skilled in her profession but she is amazing with kids. She is patient and works her lessons around an energetic 5-year-old. We have only been working with them for a couple months but we are already seeing progress!! The lessons are tailored to just what our daughter needs in her interactions with her family and other peers. After each session we're given simple homework or resources to supplement the learning at home, which is great. We can't say enough good things about Middle Hill Speech and Ms. Becky."
