"The only reason they are getting a 5 star review is because my Therapist and Psychiatrist are absolutely what I need day in and day out. I have received so much help from them both. However, the front desk people and the woman in the back Stephanie I think her name is are not nice or good people to me. The male that works there I haven't learned his name yet is the best of the bunch but I don't get to interact with him enough. I feel like they don't listen to me when I am trying to make appointments and Stephanie has outright changed appointment times on me and did it her way instead of the way that was easier for me. They make almost too afraid to come back sometimes. I am not strong enough to stand up for myself so it's like I am surrounded by my school bullies all over again, it is like they KNOW I won't so they feel like they can step on me. I will come back here for my doctors, but I wish things could change with the front desk people and Stephanie. I think in a place for mental health you should be heard and not forced to do things and feel ridiculed or stupid like I do by them. So, before you come here make sure you are able to stand up for yourself with them, or maybe they just have a personal vendetta against me, I'm not sure. Either way, just be careful and protect yourself."

"Avoid this place! First appointment doctor is over 10 min late but is prompt to kick me out when my appointment is over. The previous patient came out and I heard about all the medication she was on… super unprofessional to discuss personal things in the waiting area! Got the bill after insurance and it’s over $250! For what you ask? For them to throw some pills at me that make me feel like garbage, loose sleep, feel like I’m going to vomit all day, extreme headache, and 0 relief from feeling depressed and anxious. Funny how no doctor has ever asked me about my diet and habits! So quick to toss some prescription at you and collect their money. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed about my short experience! I feel completely discouraged from seeking help elsewhere now. Heed my warning and don’t waste your time here! They don’t even deserve 1 star!"
