"I have mixed feelings about this establishment. On the one hand, their staff are friendly and capable, and we have largely enjoyed our experience here. But their insistence on charging a hefty cancellation fee within 48 hours of an appointment is absurd. We've had appointments canceled from their side just a few hours beforehand because (understandably) people get sick or emergencies happen. When they do it, it's fine... but when you do it, it costs you. It definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth."

"I was not a fan of my experience here… I discussed options for counselors and was referred by my explanation of needs to a certain person. I met with this counselor for a consult only to find he didn’t do the things I asked for or said I was interested in, and only gave 2 options for counseling which I have already tried (and told the person I spoke with on the phone I wasn’t interested in going back through). I paid $125 for a consult that went no where, only to find out through my continued search at other offices that most counselors aren’t charging for consults anymore when it’s just an intro and no therapy work is happening. The girls up front were so sweet, that experience was great, but I felt super ripped off by the counselor not aligning with my needs like I was told and it was a total waste of money which most of us don’t have an extra $125 laying around to throw away like I did here."

"We had such awful billing experiences. I have "audited" my account and they also have done the same. I have found a large discrepancy that I assumed they would refund but they have said I had other fees that had not been charged. It has been a nightmare to try and get this worked out but in the end they have chosen not to refund over $200 extra that has been wrongly charged to my card. The previous medication management provider, Amanda, was wonderful. But she has left the practice."
