"These scumbags are suing me for non-payment. Yes, non-payment, you read that right. My husband has Google benefits- best insurance I've ever had in my entire life. They claim my insurance "didn't fully cover my and my daughters visit". They also have horrible customer service- impossible to work with. They are looking to get $100 worth of payment through the civil court and one of their attorneys. I guess, they are THAT desperate to obtain $100. I call that PETTY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM- THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND ONLY CARE ABOUT PAYMENTS AND NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Do yourself a favor and bring your money and business elsewhere. If I could, I'd rate them a 0."

"Had a great experience. I’d suggest working with Dr Lambert and his staff. I looked at a lot of offices for LASIK and I was glad to chose this one. There were some odd google reviews on here, but my experience was only positive. The odd previous reviews may have been fake reviews, which is unfortunate. Everyone in the office was professional, personable, and punctual. They said I’d be done by 12:30 and I ended up getting out at 11:15 instead, which I appreciated. The one frustration was the cost. I know there are offices in the area that cost less and wish I would have utilized their price match"

"Came here to get a second opinion regarding my almost 2 year olds lazy eye and I’m so glad I did. The previous pediatric optometrist we saw was fine but didn’t give me much to work with. Here at Excel, Dr. Henrickson was so helpful and gave me much more information about what is going on. The office is super nice and the staff is very friendly. 10/10 recommend!"

"Went in for an eye alignment issue. Met with Dr Yeates, he did a most excellent job of quantifying the issues I was seeing, testing my vision, then looking me over. This office is definitely geared toward kids, with colorful images, toys, and kid friendly videos. They also have a decent selection of eyeglasses. The office is on the second floor but they have an elevator."
