"I have really enjoyed working with Joyful Horizon! Communication: 10/10 I called in to see if I could get on the list and they said it would be like a year until I could. I was desperate for help and I told them I wanted to get in soon. Only a month later I had my consultation with Doctor H. Very very impressed with how it went! Doctor H. Was asking great questions, validating, and kind. I left feeling more at peace and hope for the future. One of her staff members showed me the TMS machine, answered some questions that I had, and was really easy to talk to. While getting ready to leave I asked about insurance and they said they would look into it. They were very on top of communicating with insurance and I felt very in the loop. At the same time I didn’t feel pressure to do it myself. You are in great hands when you come here! Easy to work with: 10/10 I felt comfortable to say no if I didn’t want to go with them.
