I rushed after hitting the slopes and made it with 4 mins till closing and they took me in and and got me out the door extremely fast. Even though it was the very end of the day, the ladies showed me nothing but the upmost care and hospitality, despite the time! A great team indeed, thank you ladies once again"

"Where to start.. one of my appointments, I was left in the exam room for over 45 minutes. I had to go out and ask when I would be seen. The lady at the front desk kept saying my name wrong even after telling her my name. I had 6 appointments. Not one time did she say it right. The exam rooms feel and look like they're not kept at all. There was dust and dead bugs on the bottom of the exam tables. The sinks in the rooms were dirty. Stains on the carpets in the rooms. Dead bug inside the light fixtures. Not my choice to go to Concentra in the first place, but I would like to say I would never go back there by choice."
