"Went to Dr. Evans at this facility 3 weeks ago for the first time. I was told I would get a call back in a few days with an update on what was going on with my knees. Here it is 3 weeks and many voicemails later and I have yet to receive any communication from them. I can't get through to them via phone and I can't get a call back."
"My attorney who requested info from the doctor office .was sent a bill of my past due account. Not only was this embarrassing but none of there business. That was very nasty and rude for you to do. All this over 35 dollars.you so money hungry. I think I will find another doctor who like my insurance and is not greedy . And dose get work up over 35 dollars. Maybe there is a law suit here. Maybe I will ask my other lawyer"
"Doctor Hunter and Terry Anderson are the most awesome people. They both have taken great care of my during all. My four surgeries. The phone system and having calls returned are a nighmarre but still fove stars."
"I was simply blessed with the very best. Dr. Kammel was so kind to fit me into her busy schedule, requested a MRI that I so desperately needed and referred to Dr. Cooper to have surgery on my ACL. Talk about the very best of the best! I felt like a new woman 4 days after my surgery."
"My 82 year old mom fell on the shoulder/arm she just had surgery completed on under the supervision and care of the staff at this office. We went in for my mom’s post-op follow-up today and the entire interaction with the staff was incredibly disappointing and saddening. Here are the series of events that occurred leading up to the fall... - Checked in and waited for staff to call on us. - Staff calls on us to take my mom to the back for x-rays; I offer my assistance with moving my mom because she’s in a wheelchair and female staff says “No, I’ll be fine.” - A few minutes later, the female staff returns and asks for my help to move my mom into an armless and backless swivel chair; I voice my concerns about my mom not having enough strength to support herself in this type chair as it looks unsafe and the female staff says, “She’ll be alright.” - We move my mom into the swivel chair and I leave the room because they’re going to take the x-rays - A few minutes later, I hear a loud thump and ran into the x-ray room and found my mom laying on the ground with the female staff exclaiming “She fell!” - My mom had fallen on the same arm that she just had surgery on. - After the fall, the female staff runs out of the room to get help to lift my mom off the floor; she returns with Dr. Evans and another male staff and get my mom off the floor and seat her in her wheelchair; they proceed to do the x-rays with my mom seated in the wheelchair... My questions are... 1) Why was it necessary for them to move my mom from her safe wheelchair into an unsafe and unstable swivel chair? 2) Why didn’t the female staff who was taking the x-rays ask for assistance from another staff member? Anyone could have seen that the swivel chair was unsafe. We will move forward with filing a formal complaint for staff negligence."
