"I was treated like a number with here is some meds kinda attitude. Now I will say this is years after having nose surgery and spending 3k plus with them. I was told I would not be charged for new patient charge on this recent visit since my regular doctor could not see me for a few months so I said ok but just received the bill with of course a new patient charge. Then I called in and they said pretty much I am out of luck and I need to pay the full charge so I called and tried to negotiate the price and Michelle was pretty much rude to the point of I was just a number once again and they don't care that this out of pocket cost just I thought this place would work and be truthful and up hold what they said in the first place."
