"Horrible patient care/customer service. Extremely hard to get anyone to answer the phone- the wait is very long. They don’t call to make appointments when you’re referred to them. You have to take it upon yourself to call. The worst part is they cancel on patients with no notice. Family member drove up from Price, only to be told they canceled the appointment and forgot to tell him. That’s a tank of gas wasted, and a day as well."

"Had trouble getting in touch/getting a follow up appointment after my initial screening. If you don't hear back from this clinic, I would encourage you to leave a message with the main number, which takes you to the IHC Sleep Disorder Call Center. They were able to pull up and view all the messages/dr notes/lab results, etc, that are posted via your MyHealth chart. Together, we pieced together a miscommunication between the dr and my own messages that I had been leaving. I appreciate that Dana, who called me, was kind and could see, from my MyHealth chart, that I was telling the truth, and was trying to follow up with the doctors for treatment. She got to the bottom of things and by the next day, Dr. Bartlett contacted me, personally, and very genuinely apologized for the disconnect between us. He, too, was very kind and concerned I hadn't been able to get the therapy I needed for my severe sleep apnea. He expedited his referral for a CPAP machine for me and by that afternoon, the intake office, called, to let me know they received my referral and I have an appointment to pick it up next week. Dana has also called to check on things. I really appreciate them trying to help me get the treatment I need."

"Update: after calling three times and not getting through I went back to the hospital to their office. They fit me in at noon and was able to see the PA. I did have the time right and had waited until 7:00 am. They said if I had waited just a few more minutes someone would have come to get me. They had a sub office staff who was great and very kind. Was given an appointment time for 6:45 am which seemed pretty early so I asked to verify. She said yes that was right. Showed up five minutes early and all offices were closed. Tried to call to leave message and was told that office hours are 8:00-5:00. Couldn’t leave message and told to call after 7:30 am. Called at 7:30 and put on hold. Then rang through and was hung up on. After filling out all the many surveys sent over two weeks, very frustrated. I have no idea when my actual appointment is today (all the surveys confirmed this date). Have no idea what next steps could be if they don’t answer the phone."

"Despite a paniced phonecall from their office on Thursday 4/22/21 stating I needed to complete their initial questionnaire ASAP because their provider needed to have time to read and chart my answers before my appointment Monday morning, and an email with the same information being sent immediately afterward, my appointment was apparently for a different day. I woke up early and rearranged my schedule only for their front office to attempt to gaslight me that saying everything they communicated with me had indicated a Thursday appointment. I've got the email pulled up in front of me confirming today's date."
