"I've worked with Brady, Dawson, and Brinton and they're all amazing. I continue to come back here cause they are truly brilliant individuals. However, the receptionists 9 times out of 10 are not the nicest and clearly don't want to be there and it can be frustrating when you're going through something and then couldn't care less."
"I had shoulder surgery yesterday and they did a terrible job taking care of me. I would NEVER recommend going here. They: - put the iv in the wrong arm - gave me no instructions or paperwork on how to clean the wound. I was told the doctor would call me at the end of the day but he never did. My surgery was on a Friday so the office won't be open till Monday. I have absolutely no idea how to care for my wound and couldn't get any of my questions answered and can't for 3 days - told me to show up at 5:45 AM at building B but it was locked and I ran around to every entrance till I found an open door - didn't call me to tell me what I needed to buy for after the surgery (an ice machine/cold therapy and surgery button up shirts ) till 2 days before the operation. I couldn't get ANYTHING in time - gave me different info/timelines for everything (the two nurses, Dr. Dockter, and the before and after care paperwork all told me different information and timelines on my medications, before surgery instructions, how to prepare for the surgery, ect). NOTHING IS MAKING SENSE CAUSE EVERYBODY/THING TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT Please for the love of God, DO NOT GO HERE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, FIND A BETTER HOSPITAL"
"Dr Brady and Brent Dawson, PA, have great bedside manners and are very friendly, but the practice is awful to get through to. Waits on hold are so long, scheduling is so far out, reception is not friendly. If you have an emergent issue, they don't care - will not see you. Trying to get a medicine refill takes days. Like I said, I like Brady and Dawson, but I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone."
"Horrible Experience!! I give them a zero (0).....Had surgery on my elbow in October of 2019 by Dr. Brady. Met with B. Dawson, PA, for my 2-week post op follow-up. All seemed good. Returned and met with Dawson again at 4 weeks post op because the area filled with fluid. Area was drained and a Band-Aid was placed where it had been drained (medical report says a compressive wrap was placed on elbow to ensure fluid did not return....no wrap applied, only a Band-Aid). Returned again at 6 weeks post op and informed Dawson something was wrong as I had lots of fluid built up, their appeared to be what felt like a hole in the bone below my elbow and my middle finger was not lifting. On 12-6-19, Dawson ordered a MRI to see what was going on. 12-16-19 I had an MRI. 12-17-19 the MRI was attached to my file. I was able to print it out and after reading it, I knew something was horribly wrong, as it appeared my tendons were not attached to the bone. I called 4 times from December 20th to the first week in January. First two times I called, I was told by the receptionist to wait my turn, other patients were also waiting for their results and they would call me when they had time. I also left two messages on Dr. Brady's medical assistant's voicemail. As of today (March 19th) I still have not received a call. I had to find another doctor at a different facility to read the MRI. Needless to say, my tendons were all messed up, I had a bone defect and ended up having to get elbow reconstructed (tendons and ligaments) with a donor graft. Thank You Riverton Orthopedic Specialty Group!!!!"
"My first experience here was a 5 star experience! They got me in quickly, Doctor Brinton was awesome and gave me good advice and we made a great plan. Scheduling was downhill from there. I scheduled my follow-up appointment for 3 weeks out. I showed up for the appointment to be told that the doctor was out all week. They said 'we called and called you.' I had one call from them. Which I answered and they hung up before I could say hello. So I rescheduled again, only to have them schedule it for the wrong day. It's really frustrating. Dr. Brinton is AMAZING, but the front office is the not the best I've seen."
