"The front office is completely incompetent. I’ve never had a smooth experience with them and at this point (YEARS later), it feels very intentional. They don’t do their due diligence, don’t follow up, can’t reach anyone with test results, can’t get them to call you back regarding anything. JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE."

"I'm fairly new to the area and was looking for a new primary care physician. Saw Dr. Reid once. He told me I had ADHD (I came in for something else) just by talking to me, and prescribed a medication that I was told by a doctor in another practice was not a customary medication to prescribe to newly diagnosed ADHD patients, and that is hard to get filled (I spent 3 months trying to get it filled in different pharmacies). He also ordered lab work to determine the reason for my symptoms, but didn't order a full panel (according to a dr I saw later), so we wouldn't have gotten the complete picture. I went back a few months later because I was sick and saw Dr. Kim, who prescribed me 3 different meds because he wasn't sure the cause of my symptoms (vertigo, nausea, migraines). A month later I'm still sick. Wanted to see a neurologist, called the office asking for a referral. Spent 20 minutes on hold, finally got through, asked for what I needed. It's been 9 days and I had to call back because nobody got back to me. The receptionist said that the message has been in Dr. Reid's inbox this whole time and he never responded. Now he wants to see me to get the referral done. And his only availability is 10 days away. So I've been dealing with debilitating symptoms, have gotten subpar customer service, and am no better off than when I was over a month ago when I first saw Dr. Kim or 3 months ago when I saw Dr. Reid. So disappointed with the lack of consideration and care for their patients. Going to start all over somewhere else."

"This clinic is extremely hard to get ahold of. You’ll wait at least 20 minutes just to talk to a secretary. If you go to this clinic I would not see PA Thomas Bauer. I went to see him for a few prescriptions for travel. The way he billed it insurance would not cover it, and he wouldn’t rebill it. There are much kinder Dr’s who try to work with patients and their insurance."

"I have had consistently positive experiences with Dr. Reid at this clinic, which is a major factor in my continued patronage. However, I've encountered significant delays with the Pre-Authorization process. Repeated attempts to communicate with the responsible team, both directly and through Walmart, have often been met without response. This has notably impacted the timely receipt of my prescribed medications. On one occasion, I resorted to visiting the clinic in person after weeks of unreturned calls, inquiring about the status of my Pre-Authorization. The delays I've experienced have been a source of frustration, raising concerns about the efficiency of the current process. To improve this, I suggest considering the involvement of the Doctor's nurse in the Pre-Authorization process. Given their personal familiarity with patients' medical histories, this could potentially expedite the process and improve its effectiveness. My experience suggests that the current system might not be adequately prioritizing the urgent needs of patients for their medications, as evidenced by an instance where, after extensive waiting, I discovered that my insurance had not received any Pre-Authorization request. Also, the success rate of insurance approving preauths has been very low in my experience, and I wonder why. Streamlining this process would greatly enhance patient experience and satisfaction."
