"We had our first baby here last year and it was an amazing experience! I had a medicated birth and my doctor went through Valley Women’s Health. The nurses were all very patient and kind with every need I had. The couch bed pullouts for my husband helped him sleep well enough too! I just wanted to come on here because I keep hearing horror stories and bad experiences women have giving birth at hospitals due to doctors, nurses, and what have you…. But I never have felt that way and felt confident in every person there who helped bring our sweet daughter safely out. Thank you to everyone involved!! We definitely will be going to this hospital again for our future kids!"

"They offer a discount on your deductible if you pay up front and charge you pre-surgery. Was still charged my full deductible after surgery by my insurance company so I got double charged. Told I will possibly receive a refund on my original “discounted deductible” from the Hospital which hasn’t happened. Even if the refund does happen I was never given a discount because insurance was not notified of my upfront payment and charged me in full. Rather I was charged double. Talking to Sofoni in the billing department who was very rude and cut me off numerous times. She also tried to tell me nothing could be done at the time when I connected her to my insurance company. She said she had no fax number to provide the requested documents and tried to dismiss us. Once I told her how rude she is all the sudden she said she does have a fax number. Would not recommend."

"I had my first ever in my entire life surgery here, just yesterday anctually, and it was a great first experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and made both my husband and I feel safe and heard. Everything ran so smoothly, and the wait time was very minimal. Very pleased. Thank you for your care. Found out later that day when speaking with my mom before entering the OR, that this is the hospital where she birthed my oldest brother, 36 years ago! She had nothing but good things to still say!"

"Labor and delivery section were okay. The night nurses were really nice and accommodating, the day nurses were rude and pushy. They were pretty good at following my birth plan until after baby was born and then they didn't give a crap about it. I specifically stated only a minimal amount of people in the room when pushing and after delivery of my baby, and they said only 3 people had to be in there which I was fine with. After my baby was born nurses just coming in to say hi to their other nurse friends and then left and then would come back in and there were about 12 people in there at one time with absolutely no purpose as my baby was perfectly healthy. If you go here, just be firm with your Birth plan and make sure they follow through with it or else you'll be left with trauma from them. They have you fill out the depression survey afterwards and honestly if I am to get depression, it's because of them and the trauma they gave me."

"My little guy had to go in Christmas Eve for some fluids we were told by his regular dr. So we went in to get them and come to find out he was way sicker than was anticipated. We were admitted from the ER and had to spend Christmas Eve and a lot of Christmas in the hospital. That being said it tore my heart out to see my son stuck at the hospital for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but the lengths the ER and pediatric unit went to to make my boy feel special was amazing! The decorated his room while he slept and Santa even payed a visit they were amazing. I want to send a huge thank you to them."
