I went for a quote for a car insurance and wait more than 2 hours for the agent to tell me that they can’t help me with one because: “the guy or company that help them online can’t help them with the quote because it’s “holiday” because is Good Friday and they are closed! And maybe they can help me next week with a quote that will not be 100% the exact price that he will give me, that could change. That I can go to quote in other place if I want”. They helped 6 customers that were before me, without a problem! I called Geico and got the quote on 15 minutes by phone! Really bad experience, I don’t recommend this agency at all."
