"Was sent here by Revere Healthcare, as the urgent care Dr thought i may have had a stroke or intercranial episode that i should be treated for. ***I went to urgent care for severe nausea, seeing pain under left rib, fluctuating temperature, dizziness. I mentioned to the ER doctor in epileptic, and after being held for nearly 9 hours (with no allowance of food, water, permission to take my epilepsy meds, and only 1 saline bag) I was released being told they're still waiting for Keppra results; but the mri is OK. I informed this new doctor this results would likely be low, since the previous doctor, and all nurses refused to let me take my meds; and though the mri was nice...after 10 hrs in facilities, I was NEVER seen/treated for what I went in for, as my release forms stated I went in for "epilepsy/headache"....yet the word headache was NEVER said in any of my symptoms review. And THIS is a PRIME example why I prefer to NEVER go in to a doctors office. Oh, I was diagnosed with Dysarthia though; interesting considering I only saw medical team for a approximately 35 min of the 10 hours I was in treatment."

"Let's be super real, don't waste your time if you're scheduled with Dr. Barclay. The worst. Saw Dr Barclay about a year and a half ago and he was terrible then, thought I'd give it another chance, but still terrible. Won't give me a diagnosis, has no knowledge on what I went to see him for and doesn't SEE A NEED to research it so wouldn't give me any resources or advice, his nurse got my referrals wrong despite me clarifying it three times, as well as the Dr. "writing down the specialist and Physical therapist I preferred to go to) tried to argue withe about how to send authorizations to my insurance, called the other day to gety referral authorized to the correct place, and now she will not call me back to get said referral. Just got a call from the wrong place (not even close to who I asked to go to for PT) so for sure not fixed. So now on to find a competent doctor who actually cares and a nurse who might possibly be willing to help. Worst clinic ever and rude staff (besides the lovely people at the check in desk, you guys are wonderful). Completely ridiculous. Do better."

"I've been to this clinic twice. They first time the doctor and medical assistants were great. The second time was for a takeout covid test kit. The receptionist was rude and dismissive. I took home a kit for me and one for my wife. We used them as per instructions and I took them back and left them on the table in the waiting room as required. A week has gone by without any call back from the lab and they have not returned any of my calls. We still do not know if we had covid or not. I do not recommend this clinic and I won't go back. BT"
