"I am done with this clinic. Dr. Walker is a great surgeon, however his staff are very absent minded. They don’t call back to schedule appointments, even after I call them back. I’ve had a torn rotator cuff now going on for over 3 months and need results, not this hemming and hawing from there staff. This is the second negative review I have left, no more will I patron this clinic."

"Poor patient/ customer care by staff!! Doctor was great, I was charge $100 to be given a date for a procedure, which was understandable, in case patients cancel last mnt, I called at 12:05pm to be taken off the waiting list since I am having doubts, they haven't called me yet, so for what I was told I should have been given a refund, since they haven't gotten to me yet, they said no money back, not even towards another procedure like fillers, I was just thinking maybe doing it next year, but with this, I cannot longer trust this practice, I will file a case with BBB, because the front and back staff should be in the same page, the girl on the phone actually said to be given a date, which at this point was never given. Is very important to trust 100% the whole medical setting from doctors to staff, it was really easy to just jump to the next person when they were going to have a date refund me, or just leave it as credit for fullers or whatever, i just think is very dodgy fraudulently dealings in the office."

"The staff here is horrible! If you are going through insurance don’t go here they do not return calls back to the insurance. I’ve had to drive up their twice just to find out why they haven’t called my insurance back or why it takes a week to fax over the information my insurance needs. Instead of taking responsibility they all say we will have someone call you or we will let the doctor know. They have done this twice during my process of going through insurance they have literally taken a week two times to fax over a paper so it’s troubling to understand why they don’t have someone who specifically talks to insurance or fills out the information that insurance needs. Very unprofessional and they need a whole new staff who takes people’s insurance claims as serious as they need to be taken especially when that’s your only source of income while you are out of work and it takes them almost two months to get all of their paper work in I promise you do not want to go here if you are going through insurance"

"I am an anesthesia provider who has worked extensively with Dr Rodrigues for the past few years. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him. I have worked with many plastic surgeons in the past and he is definitely one of the best. And no, he did not ask me to leave a review, but I know the people who typically do so are upset about something involved in their care, whether it be with waiting times, office staff, or otherwise. This is unfortunate, but it is not a good indication of the quality of his work. Bottom line, I wouldn’t hesitate to send any of my family to him."

"Dr Rodriguez is really good and so far, I am pleased with the results of my procedure. I can't say the same for front desk, they are not friendly and they not even try. I work at a Dr's office and staff goes out of their way to make people feel welcome. Not the case here. Their demeanor is like they hate their job."
