"Absolutely amazing service. All of the nurses were so nice and started on my vitals while in the waiting room. We only waited half an hour (on a Sunday at that) to be seen by a doctor. Both my nurse and doctor (Angela Grange) were incredibly friendly and great at letting me voice my concerns and symptoms. Angela let me know what medications to steer clear from while treating my viral infection since I have some preexisting heart problems. This was extremely helpful information that I was never even told by my Cardiologist. Overall the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care BY FAR. These people are wonderful!"
"I find it odd that this location only has 3 stars. I can see a lot of the 1 star reviews are from a few years ago. But I visited in November 2023 and was taken care of almost immediately and everyone was very nice."
"Definitely READ THE REVIEWS before you come here: took my hubby to see Dr. Amanda Dickey in Urgent Care, let’s just say she lived up to that last name! We came in to make sure his gout wasn’t infected since it’s been inflamed for well over a week close to 11 days. He has medication for the gout but we were concerned that if he takes his gout medication it will cause worse symptoms with his current condition with diverticulosis. Which he currently has abdominal pains and bowel symptoms. She responded by, “I don’t handle multiple issues on one visit!” She also stated that he would need to go to the ER for a CT scan for his diverticulosis, which he has already had a colonoscopy a few months ago & we showed her the diagnosis. She continues to say, “ we do not give antibiotics for diverticulosis” & kept insisting to follow up with his PCP. Every avenue of treatment or empathy was disregarded by this women. She just straight dismissed him. During his visit his blood pressure was 130/102, I asked if this is concerning and if taking his gout medication Indomethacin will raise his blood pressure?, again she dismissed and stated to follow up with his PCP for existing diagnosis. I told her he hasn’t been diagnosed and it’s a valid concern. Because the side effects states it’s increases blood pressure. The nurse stated she will check his blood pressure again before we leave, but didn’t. This doctor got so upset with my Questions, she stormed out.. all because I said “What did we pay her for today?!” Literally it’s was like, pay for an expensive CT for something we already knw & go see you PCP because I can’t tell you anything… come here if you want to be dismissed & throw away your money. In the end, he took the gout medication and waiting 2 days to see his PCP. I also checked his blood pressure myself when I got home it was at 140/90. So yeah, we are now just hoping for the best while we wait. This was one of the worst experiences we ever had. Never again will we ever come here. Please, go somewhere where they have empathy for human beings. I’m glad I wrote this tonight.. because it’s fresh in my memory. Visit 10/9/2023 at 6:30 PM"
"So I came in in a panicked rush last night needing 25+ stitches on four fingers to, you know, not lose my fingertips. I was seen instantly. The environment was clean and sterile (as you'd expect) but somehow colorful and inviting. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the pharmacy tech, and all others, were all smiles and very easy to talk to and understanding and not at all judgmental. Everyone who helped me, especially those who did the actual triage and stitching up, put me at ease, laughed at my jokes (and not pity laughs either) and had great senses of humor! They were extremely competent, efficient, refreshingly candid, and even way more attractive than should be normal. It was like the Twilight Zone... except with stitches, smiles, and lots of admittedly pretty corny jokes by me. So needless to say, 5 stars. And then some."
"Staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen in a timely manner, and they made sure all patients were wearing masks, and had hand sanitizer handy. Definitely would recommend."
