"Not friendly at all. Listened to the receptionist tell people for over an hour that there is an hour and a half wait. Regardless of how many people left or were waiting in the waiting room. Felt like she was discouraging people from staying. Nurse who took me back was in her own world. When taking my temperature she barely touched my ear. Not even close to my ear canal. I asked her if I could move my hair so she could see better she “no it’s fine”. She asked me what was going on but didn’t write anything down. She didn’t appear to even be listening. When the dr came in he asked very few questions. Looked in my ears and my mouth although I was having pain in my right lower back. I never gave a urine sample, I was never weighed and was never asked if I was nauseas or had trouble urinating, had fallen or been injured in anyway. Just told what he thought it was and sent for an xray. Immediately after the xray the doctor said “yeah it’s what I thought it was” I will give you a prescription and you should do physical therapy. No explanation of what it was or why. Sent me on my way. After waiting for over an hour my time once taken back was all of 10 minutes. Including the time for an Xray. I felt as if it was a party and they just needed to get rid of their patients. At one point I did leave the room to use the bathroom (since they were clearly not going to take a sample). When I walked out the lights were out and no one was in the lobby. It was strange like they were closed only it was 4 hours till closing. As I walked back to my room a different nurse walked out and turned the lights on. Apologized to someone waiting explaining that yes they were open. It was pretty much a joke. I Will never go to that facility again."

"Our trip to urgent care went very well. The receptionists were warm and kind. The nurse and doctor efficient and thorough and had great bedside manner. We were there for about an hour and got exactly what we needed to help our little guy get well."

"The front desk staff is AMAZING! So helpful and kind to everyone. The wait wasn’t terrible, I think it was under 40m. PA was thorough. I was really disappointed in my actual exam, it was short and provided no solution I was being seen for a knee injury, which I felt silly for even going in, the pain was just too alarming. I had to ASK for it to be wrapped, I was given an incorrect diagnosis. I left feeling so confused I called my GP and saw him later in the day, he called in an MRI (which I had the following day). I feel the Urgent Care Dr was not interested in helping me, but more so getting to the next patient. I won’t be returning to this Urgent Care."

"I kid you not, this Urgent Care visit was the most efficient I’ve ever experienced! Doug was straight-forward and helped me out with my urgent request and I was on my way. The front desk was friendly and communicative to share the process and costs. If I ever need Urgent Care services again, this will be my go-to spot."
