"My experience is actually shared as I have to watch my spouse deal with a certain "professional" who has no knowledge or empathy for established ADHD patients. My spouse was diagnosed as a young adult and has been taking the same medicine for over 10 years, never been questioned or judged until now. This doctor lowered his dose, told my spouse it was his license on the line and is very arrogant when it comes to ADHD and the physical difference between a patient wanting them for recreational and a patient who needs them to function normally."
"Staff was great. Definitely ask for cost of services up front. Spent over $230.00 for DOT physical. Never spent over $100 in past 20 plus years for DOT physical. The past ones included hernia exams, while this one did not. Maybe thats why it is so much??"
"I get treated better at McDonald's Doctor Abarca is a wonderful man and a wonderful doctor, however the reception staff makes going to his office absolutely intolerable. Most of my family has been mistreated by a woman named Chrissy. I dread checking in for my appointments because she's there most of the time. She talks down to patients. It's not just my family, I've watched the way she and other receptionists treat patients while sitting in the waiting area and it's disrespectful at best. This is a DOCTORS OFFICE and you think that it's okay to treat the sick and afflicted like that? Grow up. We likely won't be coming back to this office, and I will be spreading the word to as many neighbors and community members as I can. Thank you, once again, for ruining my day."
"Wish I could give them zero but here we are.... I had a biopsy done in 2020 on my thyroid. The doctor said it's probably cancer. Being 20 years old, I was a little stressed. She then proceeded to dodge my calls for TWO MONTHS leaving me to wonder if I had cancer. When I demanded to speak to her manager, I was sent a letter I was being unreasonable ??? And fired as a patient. I had to threaten legal action to find out if I had cancer or not. One of the managers ended up just saying yeah no cancer but.... Fast forward to now. It has been 3 YEARS of trying to get my results. Bouncing from doctor to doctor, being told my own medical information is a HIPAA violation. I work as a nurse. That's not how HIPAA works. And leaving someone to wonder if they are dying or not is cruel. They STILL promise to release the records. They're emailing me now. They'll call my new doctor right away....But.... Nothing. I have to get another brutal painful biopsy done, that insurance has to pay for yet again, because they won't release the results and my thyroid is now closing off my airway so we can't wait for someone to be reasonable here."
"I'm not sure whether to blame Justin Cox or the staff for the terrible experience. I needed an MRI done and the information sent over from their office was vague and poorly done (so was the exam so I wasn't completely surprised). Both me and the insurance tried multiple times to get a hold of somebody in their office. I would leave voicemails, text messages, and could never get a response. After several weeks of trying, I switched to another provider and had the MRI ordered, completed and results within 72 hours."
