"The receptionist was less than helpful and treated me as though I was less important than those who had made an appointment. She told me she had no time to make a call in my behalf to order an MRI that the doctor ordered from my appointment yesterday. I do not appreciate being treated as though I am less important than those who have an appointment for that current day. Your job as a receptionist is to make everyone important. And that includes phone calls from current patients."

"Richard Scott is a bad doctor. He thought I was making up symptoms, but then after being convinced, he justified his disbelief by gossiping about another patient with an even crazier story. He failed to realize that patient was also me. When I called him out on it, he tried to argue with me. Devastating to know that doctors both disbelieve and gossip about their patients at this practice."

"This office is a joke. I called to get a refill, they said I needed to make app. I did. Didn't refill my prescription. Said they wouldn't do it until I was seen. I explained that it probably wasn't good for me to go off of my medication cold turkey. (I had 3 days left my app was one and a half weeks away) They didn't care. They didn't refill my meds. They expected me to go off a medication that I had been on for years and came into the office once a year for a check! Incredibly irresponsible! Taking my business else where."
