"I can’t tell you how fortunate we were to find Dr Delcore. We are from Tennessee and were on a ski trip up at Brianhead ski resort over Christmas break when my son had a pretty good crash on the slopes. The ski patrol told us that they were certain that his arm was broke and that we needed to take him to the ER in Cedar City. Well last time my son broke his arm a few years ago and we took him in, the only thing the ER did was take an X-ray, put him in a temp splint, and referred us to an orthopedic clinic. Of course that meant we had to pay a ridiculous high ER bill AND a ortho bill. This time we thought, “well let’s just skip the middle man (i.e the ER) and just find an orthopedic doctor. After calling a few places we almost gave up hope because every place was closed, giving it was Friday evening before Christmas. Then we hit the jackpot. We got a hold of an amazing receptionist at Cedar Orthopaedic Surgery. They were so wonderful and told us to hurry in and the doctor would check him out. I can’t believe the whole crew was selfless enough to stay past closing time on a Friday night. They all stuck around just for us as we drove down the mountain to bring my son in. I was so impressed with how kind everyone was, from the ladies up front, to the nurse, and especially Dr. Delcore. (When we left my son said “He is the coolest dude ever”) They all took such great care of us and I’m so grateful for this whole staff. I couldn’t recommend this place more."

"Dr Delcore is an amazing surgeon!! My husband and I were heading up Brian Head canyon to go on a hunting trip on a Saturday morning and we hit black ice and rolled our truck. Luckily the only serious injury either one of us had was in my right thumb and I wasn't able to use it. I didn't want to have to go to the hospital and have to wait several hours to be seen so I called Dr. Delcore's office and he came right into the office even on his off hours since it was a weekend for his "Direct Care" services. I did end up with what he called a Gamekeepers thumb and my ligament was completely torn off the bone. Right away he scheduled me for surgery! The best part was he was able to do the surgery just under a local anesthetic and I didn't have to worry about any anesthesia side effects. My surgery only took 27 minutes and was out in a blink of an eye so I could be back home with my family and resting. I can not express how much I appreciate Dr. Delcore and his amazing office/surgical staff! They are the BEST and will always use their services forever!!"

"In the year 2000 at age 45, I was suffering from debilitating pain in both of my hips. I had put off going to see a doctor for many years but finally decided I should do something. I asked my boss, who was a part time surgical nurse at Cedar City Hospital, who he would recommend. Without hesitation he blurted, “Dr. Randy Delore, no question.” I went to see Dr. Delcore and he told me I had the hips of an 80-year-old woman. He told me I was a definite candidate for total replacement surgery but because of my younger age it was thought that surgery should be postponed for as long as possible. Being a new grandmother at the time, I decided I wanted to enjoy life while I was still young so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I had one hip done and six weeks later went ahead with my second surgery. This was a life changing experience not only for me but for my family. Within a few months post op, I was walking and running for miles at a time whereas before I could barely walk. My whole experience with Dr. Delcore and his staff was totally positive. At age 69 and over 23 years since my surgery, I am still going strong. I have been able to do just about anything I have wanted to do and have never had any problems or complications. I am writing this review because I wanted others to know what is possible to expect long term after this type of surgery. I only wish I had done it years sooner. With another 23 years of experience to his credit since my surgeries, I have no doubt Dr. Delcore is at the top of his profession. I would have a hard time recommending anyone else for this type of care."

"I had a pretty traumatic ground level fall that resulted in dislocation plus a distal ulna and radius fracture of my wrist on my dominant hand. Dr. Sean Davis is the Sports Orthopedist that performed the procedure to realign my bones. He is exceptional! He explained the different options for surgery and listened, REALLY listened to my goals and concerns then came up with a positive game plan. His follow up is phenomenal. He cares about me and is personable. I am not just a number. He explains things thoroughly and reminds me that healing is a process -- especially when trauma has occurred. He has been a great collaborator, too...I was moving when I broke and have needed to utilize a team near my house as I can't always be in Cedar City...he Professionally and positively explained his plan to my hometown team, and it is being implemented because his kindness outweighed ego.
