"We specifically chose this company because they claimed to offer in-office ABA. We had an extensive 2hr interview with the BCBA Devon about our son’s age, behaviors, and that we specifically needed in-office therapy. She asked his favorite toys so she could make sure they had something exciting for him in the office, she said we would drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon, like a public school schedule. We went through the entire insurance approval process (which took over a month and WAY longer than it should have) and when I had nagged them to the end to get him on the schedule, they tell me he doesn’t qualify for in-office therapy. WHAT!?? We LITERALLY DISCUSSED THIS IN GREAT DETAIL FROM THE BEGINNING! Now I’ve waisted over a month of time and we are back to square one looking for a new clinic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. Very unprofessional and unorganized."

"My 5 year twin children have been going to Above & Beyond since June 2022. Originally they had in home therapy and then went to HeadStart with their therapist. Last summer we in therapy 5 days week for 5-7 hours. Feeling that they were not ready to go to pubic school so opted to send them to the clinic. They go 5 days from 8-3. The twins had made tremendous improvement with behavioral and communication. I feel that the clinical directors, BCBA and RBT’s are highly skilled and well educated. They are very patient and look out for the childrens best interests. I highly recommend Above & Beyond therapy."

"Please make sure the therapists know their policies when you’re signing your child up for ABA. We wasted so much time with this company for my 12 year old to have in clinic services, come to find out they don’t take older than 7year olds in clinic. It is such a long long process and no one we talked to knew this policy and we only found out after everything was approved and I received a call from the director. Our family is heartbroken and this company set us back tremendously."
