"I took my two fur babies here. It's the most amazing place for dogs. No crating. They got to play for hours with other sweet dogs. You can watch them play through the large front window. It made my heart so happy. They both came home beautiful and completely exhausted. The staff was amazing. I will not take my sweet girls anywhere else."

"I am a pet owner and have a well-behaved pitbull that I have taken care of since birth. During a recent visit to this pet grooming establishment two months ago, there was some concern regarding my dog's behavior in sniffing other dogs' backsides. As a precaution, the groomers moved my dog to a separate room with smaller dogs to prevent any potential issues. I fully understood their decision, as my dog doesn't have frequent interactions with other dogs and becomes very excited when he does. At the time, I didn't think much of it. He obviously must not of been to harmful to the situation if you’re telling me you’re putting him in with smaller dogs. Yesterday evening, I called the grooming establishment to schedule another appointment. I provided my dog's name and arranged for an appointment at 8 AM. However, this morning, upon arrival my husband was informed that my dog was not welcome back due to alleged incidents of biting workers and other pets during our previous visit. This news came as a surprise to both of us, as we had not been made aware of any such behavior prior to this. I believe it is important for professional establishments to communicate any concerns or incidents promptly and directly to their clients. This would reflect a higher level of professionalism in their operations and allow pet owners like myself to address any issues."
