"Don’t get your pet groomed at this location! They don’t like to work. I brought my dog here to be groomed after going about 6 months without a hair cut and they groomed him just fine, HE WAS EXTREMELY MATTED! I just had to take him to the vet to get his ears shaved due to the risk. I took him again a month later and they tell me he’s too matted and they have to shave him completely. Though the prior time I brought him he was wayyyy more matted. It had been 6 months!!!!! I ran my fingers through his fur to prove he wasn’t matted and they continued to tell me he was. He’s a big dog with a lot of fur so they simply didn’t wanna groom him cause it would take long. The supposed “GM” was not helpful and pretty much told me “I’m not a groomer”. Don’t waste your money this location will be getting a complaint and I’ll be driving to Edmond that’s the best store in OKC"

"Great store, nice and clean and all products were easy to find. On a bad note, not to hard to put a smile on and put the cell phone down. Is what it is but customers I would think come before your cell phone. Not the best customer service for sure but still a good location."

"For a very long time, we had been looking for an acceptable cat grooming service. We found it at this Petco. Katie Ritz, Petco Pet Stylist, did an OUTSTANDING job with our long hair cat. She was very friendly and caring with our animal. My wife and I were sold. We had never seen our cat so at ease in the hands of strangers. We will continue to take our cat to Katie. She is simply exceptional. We highly recommend her. We are so happy and we know that you will be, too."

"I like petco..it’s a big store where you can find anything for your pets. They have different types of cute and rare pets like lizards, mice, hamsters, small pigs, spiders, frog, lots of beautiful fish and other for reasonable prices… No cats and dogs sold here.. If you’re looking for a decoration to make your pets place look better then this is the place.. food and toys for pets are available here"

"Wouldn't let me return two fish that passed because I didn't have a water sample. That would not be an issue however the local store in Yukon had a majority of their fish under observation, so I decided to go to the store on expressway and it's quite a drive just to exchange two fish. I would be more understanding right now if all of my other fish were currently floating at the surface, but two out of over a dozen? The policy is a bit unreasonable. I had my receipt and it wasn't like I was making a return weeks after, it was the next business day."
