"I actually followed my therapist from her previous practice to this place and the difference has been night and day. My appointments are usually virtual but I have to go into the office last week to fill out paperwork. The woman at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I let her know what I was there for, she called my therapist to confirm that I had the appointment in person as well. Because if I just needed to fill out the paperwork she was going to rush me the paperwork so that I could get out of there and get on with my day. It was so comforting. So relaxing. "From the front desk to our counselor the best company hands down. The sweet girl at the front desk asked several questions to be able to place my son with the right person. Within 2 weeks we got a phone call from Troy. We have been with him 4 short weeks and he goes above and beyond. My son loves him. That is big for me since has been going to counseling for 2 years with no progress. My son doesn't do good with change but felt so comfortable he opened up the second week. I do need to add my son is 15. He won't just talk to anyone."
