"Went to do labs and called around lunch time to see if I'd be able to do labs and my xray. Guy told me I'd be able to do labs any time but the x ray would be from 6am-6pm. I got there around 6:22 and couldn't do labs either"

"We are currently here for my daughter and I'm completely blown away by the RN on staff tonight. He is absolutely amazing. So awesome that I didn't want to wait to write a review (in case I forgot). He's patient, explaining every single step of what he's doing, explaining all the meds and just genuinely awesome. Thank you Brian, we already appreciate you!"

"*The response is very condescending, as if the 4 hour wait was the only problem I experienced. No mention of the awful "service" provided. Absolutely a terrible experience. Waited almost 4 hours to be seen all of two minutes. We were sent to some weird side room because they were supposedly out of beds. A dentist sent me specifically to the ER because I needed an antibiotic IV because my infection wasn't responding to amoxicillin. After telling the doctor this, he rolled his eyes. Tells me I need to have the tooth pulled. Like I'm an idiot and didn't know my infected tooth needs to get pulled. The dentist said it COULDN'T be pulled until the antibiotics were given. He didn't even check the huge knot under my eye or the one on my jaw. I waited for the antibiotics he was supposed to call in to the pharmacy, and that never happened either. This hospital, like almost ALL medical facilities, is a joke. But I'm sure I'll still get a bill for a few thousand dollars. Thanks for nothing."

"This hospital used to be amazing, always treating people with respect and care but it has gone wayyyy down hill, the receptionist Lucia hung up on me tonight after she made an error first sending prescriptions to an incorrect pharmacy then once AGAIN sending it to an incorrect pharmacy and they wouldn’t correct it because of the type of medication, absolutely no empathy for the fact that I now have to drive 30 minutes from my house for a mistake that THEIR staff member made and was like well idk what you want me to do I gave you the complaints number. This is a HOSPITAL they are supposed to provide care and that’s not what was done this time."
