"The practitioners are wonderful as well as the lab technicians and doctor. The people who answer the phone are extremely rude and act as though I am a bother when I call for an appointment or need to leave a message for the nurse or doctor. I truly hope this changes otherwise my husband and I will find another primary doctor. Go home if you can’t be pleasant or kind. You have no idea what the person on the other end might be going through. Stop being rude to patients treat us like you would want to be treated! My goodness!"

"I would not use this clinic for any reason. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I called to request an appointment as a new patient to speak with a dr about some basic anxiety symptoms I started struggling with. Not an emergency at that time by any means but still a very valid and legitimate medical concern. The person who took my call blatantly laughed at me when explained my reasons for calling and asked if I could schedule their soonest available appointment. I asked if she knew any providers in the area who might be accepting new patients and she told me I should just go the emergency room for help because they didn’t have any appointments available, even though I made it clear it wasn’t an emergency. She also told me they don’t offer telephone visits or online visits, but their website says they offer both. I wouldn’t feel comfortable being seen by any of the providers here since just asking to make an appointment was so unpleasant."

"Very difficult to work with. Have been getting the same prescription for a year and was unable to refill for me because I had not been in. Unwilling to refill enough for me to get by until an appointment that is dated too far out for me to go without my medication. Offered no help only attitude. It's not my first time dealing with their rude staff but it is the last time. A great attitude goes a long way even if you can't help. After reading the reviews I see this isn't an isolated incident."

"The staff is incredibly rude and even more unhelpful. They work very hard, and will spend much of their time not getting anything done, besides frustrating patients. It took well over a year to get a RX for a c-pap machine handled for a disabled patient. Be prepared to wait a very long time whether you arrive early for your appointment or not. When you do arrive you will be treated with the utmost disregard as if they are burdened with your needs. Once you do get to see that doctor, you'll be grateful to have gotten thru it so of course you'll believe he's great. Maybe he is. There are other doctors and much more pleasant and competent offices to deal with."

"the office staff is beyond rude regardless if you’re a new patient or existing, they do not make you feel welcome at all, had we not known the doctor beforehand we would’ve gone with a different pcp based off of the front desk staff! they refuse to handle referrals correctly by submitting through the insurance company than to the specialist you’re needing to see, they won’t remind patients of upcoming appointments nor notify patients they’ve been dismissed so no need to come in for their appointment, they classify someone doubling over in pain in their lobby asking for an emergency appointment as “causing a scene”!"
